Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of moxipaw.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Brightsea Commerce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Moxipaw ("Moxipaw", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell to customers in the United States and Canada.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Some color options may be shown as color previews of the same product, and actual colors can vary slightly with screens and production batches. Sizes and capacities are approximate.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. If a price is listed incorrectly because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there is a pricing error. If we cancel after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 30-day Paw Approval are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Using our products safely

Follow the instructions that come with each product. Supervise pets with new products, and remove any product that is damaged or being chewed. Moxipaw products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have concerns about your pet's health, ask your veterinarian.

If you post a review, photo or comment, or tag us on social media, you give us permission to display and share it on the Site and in our marketing. Content must be honest and must not be offensive or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's text, images, logos and design belong to Moxipaw or its licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our policies and as required by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" without other warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moxipaw is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except where the consumer laws of your province or state give you additional rights.
