Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States and Canada. We don't currently ship to other countries.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times below are counted in business days after your order ships.

Delivery to Canada can take a few extra business days. Times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays or carrier delays.

Where your order ships from

Moxipaw works with fulfillment partners, and most orders ship from our partners' warehouses overseas. If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first update.

Duties and taxes

US orders: prices include all import charges. Canadian orders: any import duties or taxes charged by Canadian customs are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order ships and we'll fix it. We can't redirect orders that have already shipped to an incorrect address.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after shipping, email support@moxipaw.store. We'll work with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a free replacement or a full refund.
